Any and all Go Answer employees are trained in the permitted uses and disclosures of OCPNI. Any failure by any employee to abide by Go Answer’s policies may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including dismissal. Except in the rare cases where Go Answer is directed by an appropriate state or federal law enforcement agency to refrain from or delay informing a Customer of a OCPNI breach, Go Answer will notify any Customers affected by a OCPNI breach. This notification will include the details of breach and the steps Go Answer has taken to ensure a similar breach will not reoccur. Go Answer will keep accurate records of any such breaches as required by state and federal law.

Go Answer reserves the right to monitor and record any and all of your calls and electronic communications for quality assurance of the services provided by Us to You. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, You hereby authorize Go Answer’s monitoring and recording of your calls to Us concerning your Account or the Services. You also consent to Go Answer contacting You from time to time by means of: (a) automatic dialing equipment, (b) live operator communications, or (c), all other electronic means like e-mail or SMS text messaging.
